Job Description:
We are hiring for Head of Business Development and Contracts for Atria Power, Bangalore location.
Candidate with minimum 8+ yrs. experience from Renewable Energy sector can apply.
Job Description
Lionising with Contracts POC and Planners for correlation of the bid. Assisting with Public procurement of Tenders. Preparing and administrating pre-tender and tender proposals.
Clarification of bid conditions and management the tender preparation
Project identification, develop the proposal and close the sale in coordination with internal team.
Responsible for commercial and technical terms in coordination with internal teams like Technical, Legal etc.
Assess project feasibility thru cash flow, IRR modelling, technical and commercial due diligence
Handle project specific Customer negotiations for sales contracts.
Responsible for driving overall private battery /floating solar/ rooftop sales and market strategy.
Responsible for generating & converting private PPA leads.
Reviews and analyses sales performances against leads, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
Prepares periodic sales report (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, Yearly) showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
Finalising deals and converting them into contract clients after analysing their average trends.
Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
Responsible for achieving set targets, sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly to the team.
Directs market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
Good understanding of long term contracts
Responsible for reverse bid for Wind/Solar/Rooftop
Ensure overall customer satisfaction with the working of the entire system
Assist team in the bidding, clarification, negotiation and development up to financial close of greenfield/projects and acquisition projects in the region.
Identify, evaluate, develop or acquire and close business opportunities
Establish networks/relationships and liaise with key government agencies, finance institutions and established international business
Responsible for Commercial / agreements for EPC, O&M, module procurement.
