Hiring Sales Executives for Solar Industry (B2B)
Job Description:
Start Solar Pvt. Ltd. urgently required Sales Executives for selling Solar rooftop power plants.
- Achieving sales targets
- Execution of Solar Sales Strategy
- Working with engineering and creating a viable solution for the customer where required.
- End to end sales responsibility
- Accountable for completing sales objectives & done all operational works.
- Generating the leads through cold calls / references, networking.
- Perform sales and marketing calls to reserve meetings with prospective clients.
- Making offers and doing sales pitches to clients& follow up with them,
- Marketing follow-up calls/monthly until relationship is recognized.
- Carry out client presentations expressing the value plan of products, solutions, and service offering.
- Analysis of solar products & services and suggest as per client’s requirement
- . Must be comfortable with field sales
Desired Skills:-
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Must be able to learn, understand
- An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.
- Self-driven
- Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with seniors across businesses
- Open to new experience, responsibility, and accountability
- Able to work extended hours on occasions when required.
Required profile:-
- Graduate /MBA – Marketing (Preferred)
- Total Exp. of 1-3 Yrs(Should be IT Sales, Industrial Sales or Electronic Sales)
- Own Conveyance is preferred.
