Hon’ble Minister – Order to ALMM will be effective only 30 days after its finalisation. All bids before that ALMM will not apply; Custom duty – any duty after bid is finalised will be grandfathered –  be a pass thru as per formula given by SECI; Developers are requesting that they are exempted – but Minister forcing tariff revision applicable to all bids by general order. Minister – Pass thru should be made as automatic & easy as possible as it’s a right of the developer – will write to states also. Also an interest cost on such blocked capital should also be pass thru

– Minister – BCD from 1st Aug; If Bank refuses to fund – write to Minister and ministry will take it up with the bank chairman

– ALMM list not ready and testing of all equipment not done

– On paper manufacturing is 12-13 GW but 2-3 GW Is lower quality with lower efficiency. Additional cap of 4 GW already being set up and bid for 3 GW also being set. On cells only 2.5 GW cap right now, 3 GW bids done and looking for another 4 GW cell bids

Grandfathering by open access – may not be relevant – send a memorandum to minister and will be examined
