IMP Powers commissions Sangrah hydro project

IMP Powers has successfully pre-commissioned the second small hydro project (2 x750 kW) Sangrah (Kargil) after commissioning another project (2 x750 kW) Bairas (Drass). These projects have been commissioned under the Prime Minister’s Ladakh Renewable Energy Initiative.
This has opened huge vistas for large renewable energy space in India and has opened the floodgates of business opportunities for the company, it said in a statement to the bourses. The stock edged down 0.21 per cent at ₹69.75 on the NSE.
