In the matter of Approval under Regulation: 86 of CERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 1999 and CERC (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2014 for determination of Transmission Tariff from DOCO to 31.03.2019 for Asset-1 : 2 nos. 220 kV Line Bays at 400/220 kV Damoh S/S, Asset-2 : 400/220 kV, 500 MVA, ICT 1 & 2 with associated bays and 2 nos. 220kV downstream bays at Vadodara substation and Asset-3: 2 nos. 220kV downstream bays at Vadodara substation under “Installation of Bus Reactor & ICT in Western Region ” project for 2014-19 tariff period as per directive of the Commission vide order dated 04.07.2018 for Review petition no. 6/RP/2018 in petition no. 208/TT/2016.
