Extension of the period of applicability of the levellised generic tariff for RE issued vide order dated 19.03.2019 in Petition No. 01/SM/2019
ORDER
The Commission notified the levellised generic tariff for FY 2019-20 under Regulation 8 of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Tariff determination from Renewable Energy Sources) Regulations, 2017 (hereinafter referred as “RE Tariff Regulations, 2017”) vide Order dated 19.03.2019 in Petition No.
1/SM/2019 which was applicable till 31.3.2020.
2. The Commission has, in exercise of powers under Clause (2) of Regulation 1 of RE Tariff Regulations, 2017, extended applicability of RE Tariff Regulations, 2017 for a further period of 3 months i.e. from 1.4.2020 upto 30.06.2020.
3. Accordingly, the levellised generic tariff issued vide Commission’s Order dated 19.03.2019 in Petition No. 1/SM/2019 shall also continue to remain in force till 30.06.2020.
4. The Petition is disposed of in terms of above.
