Jaipur, Rajasthan’s leading solar panel manufacturing company Insolation Energy Limited (INA Solar) got listed on BSE SME. It is the first solar panel manufacturing company of Rajasthan which has achieved this record.
The listing ceremony was organized in Mumbai in the presence of Chief Guest Shri Piyush Goyal, Minister of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, Shri Ramcharan Bohra, MP, Jaipur, Head of BSE SME Shri Ajay Thakur, Senior Officers of BSE SME, Chairman of the Company Shri Manish Gupta, Managing Director Shri Vikas Jain, Non-Executive Director Mr. Akhilesh Kumar Jain, Independent Director, Mr. Kuljit Singh Popli and the entire team of INA Solar. Jaipur MP Shri Ramcharan Bohra said that it is a matter of great pride for the people of Jaipur that the company has been listed.
Chairman Mr. Manish Gupta thanked all the investors for showing their trust and investing in the company and informed that the company had launched its IPO at Rs.38 in which 2,25,000 retail applications were received which is the highest in the history of BSE SME. Happened for the first time. The company was subscribed 183 times when the IPO was launched. The company’s IPO was worth Rs 22.16 crore, and the trust of the people in the company was so much that applications worth Rs 4058 crore came. On the first day, the company’s shares were listed at Rs 76.10, giving investors a profit of 100.23%.
The IPO is managed by Holani Consultant, Jaipur’s leading Lead Manager Company. Mr. Gupta also informed that the company is growing very fast and will soon achieve its targets ahead of time.
Managing Director Shri Vikas Jain told that the manufacturing of Solar panels, batteries and Inverters is done in the company’s factory located at Daulatpura Toll Tax, Delhi Road. All the products in the factory are fully automated and made with the latest technology to the best of quality under the supervision of experienced engineers and also our products are recognized by the national and international standards BIS / ALMM. The company sells solar panels, batteries and inverters under the INA brand name. The company manufactures solar panels up to 40-545 Watt, solar batteries of 40-220 Ah and solar PCUs up to 440-2500 VA. The company currently has a capacity to manufacture 200 MW of solar panels annually, which is being delivered to customers through over 400 distributors and dealers across Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Delhi and Gujarat. The company will open its new factory with a manufacturing capacity of 500 MW in the coming two months. The new unit is being constructed in 1.25 lakh square feet which is located in Jatawali Industrial Area, Tehsil Chomu.
