Insolation Energy Pvt Ltd (INA) recently performed the Foundation Laying Ceremony (Bhumi Poojan) of its new 500 MW Fully Automatic Module Manufacturing Facility at Jaipur – EQ Mag Pro
The construction has already started and the commercial production is expected to start from March 2022.
This combined with the existing manufacturing capacity will make INA a 700 MW entity by March 2022, thereby making it the Largest Module Manufacturing Facility in North India. The combined capacity will be spread across approximately 2.0 Lac sq ft of space.
The new facility will be equipped with the latest most advanced Module Manufacturing Line capable of manufacturing Poly, Mono, Mono PERC, Glass to Glass, and Bifacial Panels with individual panel output of up to 600 Wp. The proposed 500 MW capacity will be making 5 busbar to 13 busbar panels with cell sizes ranging from 157mm to 210 mm.
Insolation Energy’s current product range includes poly and mono PERC modules from 40 Wp to 460 Wp. Products are sold under the brand name “ INA “.The company has the most advanced and Rajasthan’s first fully automatic 200 MW SPV Module manufacturing line that has least manual intervention and has continuous automatic process.
The manufacturing line embodies the finest automatic machinery under the supervision of highly skilled technology team at the shop floor. The plant is equipped with all test equipment needed for Inward QA for raw material, in process QA and final QA conforming to the latest BIS and International standards.

Ltd (INA) was conceptualized and is operated by first generation entrepreneur Mr. Manish Gupta & Mr. Vikas Jain, having rich experience and exposure of more than 20 years in various sectors such as Steel, Industrial Pipe Line Accessories, Real Estate, Health & Fitness, and Captive & Independent Solar Power Producer. Both Mr. Gupta & Mr. Jain are qualified engineers. Mr. Manish is actively involved in various Business & Social organizations and plays an active role as a President of North India Module Manufacturers Association (NIMMA).
He is also associated with All India Solar Industries Association. (AISIA), Rajasthan Solar Association etc. Mr. Vikas is credited with making INA a 100 % quality adherence house and understands the role of technology in the solar sector. He has influenced high standards of excellence in the areas of innovation, manufacturing, operations, capacities enhancement, and executing profitable integration.
INA and its group of companies have a sound track record of profitable and sustainable operations of the past 20 years having a group turnover of around Rs. 250 Cr.
