ENLIGHT RENEW-EUROPE/Israel’s Enlight in talks to buy 105 megawatt Europe wind project
* Israel’s Enlight Renewable Energy said on Sunday it is in negotiations to buy the rights to a 105 megawatt wind energy project in central Europe that is in an advanced stage of development.
* Enlight estimated investment in the project will total 150 million euros ($183 million).
* The company said it has begun initial talks regarding project finance and it estimates debt leverage will account for 70-75 percent of total cost.
* Enlight did not provide further details about the project and said there was no certainty a deal would be reached.
* Enlight is a unit of holding company Eurocom, whose owner is looking to sell the group. ($1 = 0.8183 euros)
