JinkoSolar Awarded 2016 BlueSky Award for Global Top Investment Scenarios to Apply New Technologies for Renewable Energy Utilization
JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd., a global leader in the photovoltaic (PV) industry, recently announced that it has been awarded the 2016 BlueSky Award for Global Top Investment Scenarios to Apply New Technologies for Renewable Energy Utilization (“BlueSky Award”) sponsored by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).
The BlueSky Award aims to lead the industrialized utilization of renewable energy in China and other developing countries. It is considered one of the most influential awards in the environmental protection field. With its mass-produced 20.1% high-efficiency polycrystalline cell technology, JinkoSolar stood out from a packed field of nearly 100 contending applications after numerous rounds of strict testing conducted by the BlueSky Award Evaluation Expert Committee.
