Title: Manager
Reporting to: HOD
Role Description:
An individual is responsible to develop mutually beneficial proposals, negotiate contract terms and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Develops new business relationships, generate and negotiate new contracts as per targets per year. Identifying new business opportunities by mapping of the upcoming projects. Meeting clients and finalising the comprehensive Facility Management deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handles sales of Security and Integrated systems in particular segments like Corporates, IT/ITES/BFSI/Transportation, Large Commercial Businesses facility using established sales strategies, processes and tools and lead management.
- Develop business plans and meet overall financial objectives by conducting sales presentations and customer consultations that maximize sales closure rates.
- Manage end to end project sales (new leads sourcing monthly minimum 5 & excel lead management)
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly & annual financial booking and gross margin targets
- Meet or exceed quota for advanced payment collections to support working capital goals
- Identify and pursue target job opportunities and maintain appropriate activity backlog
- Provide accurate planning and forecasting of sales performance
- Be an active member of the sales team, assisting other team members as needed, to achieve team goals
- Customer Relationships Management
- Site survey initial & capacity analysis
- Co-ordinate with the technical team for designing & BOM requirement
- Quotation making and negotiation, follow up and closing
- Document collection and payment collection upon finalizing (PO and advance collection as per terms)
- Co-ordinate with client during execution till completion(as and when required)
- DGVCL, torrent co-ordination & liaisoning work for documentation and meter installation
- Chief electrical inspector approval, liaisoning & co-ordination (timely follow up and co-ordination & commission sharing budget management)
- After sales service if any & co-ordination for maintenance and other works
- Land identification & acquisition co-ordination for purchase for ground mount and sub-station availability and compliance activity
- Project registration and co-ordination with GEDA & DISCOM upon GEDA approval
- Project fund flow plan and schedule develop and approval from customer
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Communication skills, Negotiation skills, attention to details, Market Knowledge, organization skills, time management skills
Education qualification and experience:
- Graduated in BBA/B.E./B.Tech
- Solar EPC, Solar manufacturing, Solar Power plants, electrical Industry experience preferred
- 5-7 years’ experience in Middle Level Management
