KAB indicators PPA to supply 2 MW of photovoltaic to Malaysian retailer – EQ Mag Pro
Malaysian electrical and mechanical engineering firm Kejuruteraan Asastera Bhd (KLSE:KAB) has signed a 21-year energy buy settlement (PPA) to supply about 2 MW of photo voltaic to native hypermarket and retail group Mydin Mohamed Holdings Berhad.
Underneath the contract, signed by KAB by way of its subsidiary KAB Gree Photo voltaic Sdn Bhd and reported this week, KAB will design, construct, personal and function a 2,041.65-kWp grid-connected photo voltaic photovoltaic (PV) array on the roof of the open automobile park of Mydin Tunjong Hypermarket in Kelantan.
This marks the primary part of the mission and is scheduled to be adopted by a second part of two,064.4 kWp.
The PPA comes after in 2021 KAB obtained a letter of award from Mydin for the event of a 4-MW rooftop photo voltaic system to serve its wants on the retailer in Tunjong.
