KACO new energy recruits new sales specialists.
At the beginning of the new year, Germany-based KACO new energy GmbH topped up its staff quota for international sales. Both Philipp Leclerc and Boualem Benelfoul have in-depth knowledge of global marketing within the renewable energy sector. As Key Account Manager MENA, Boualem Benelfoul will be the primary contact for enquiries from the up-and-coming markets of North Africa and the Middle East. He worked at Viessmann, Siemens, SolarWorld and Prettl before joining KACO new energy. He can therefore boast wide-ranging experience in the energy industry in general and in solar technology in particular. He speaks fluent Arabic, German, English and French.
Philipp Leclerc joins KACO new energy as Global Key Account Manager. He acquired his knowledge of the photovoltaic sector working at Solarwatt and Solarfabrik, among other organisations. He has an extensive understanding of the variety of building technology and systems engineering as well as for the combination of renewable energy and water treatment from his time with housing technology wholesaler Thyssen-Schulte. Most recently, he worked as a freelance consultant in Oceania and in France. His languages include German, English, French and Spanish.
The two new employees will be focusing on the project business; they can call upon wide-ranging technical expertise in this area among their colleagues. Alongside sales of inverter components, project support – the provision of supplementary advice and services in the implementation of utility-scale solar power plants – makes up a growing proportion of new business for the company. Given this strategic decision, KACO new energy is continuously developing the Power Plant Solutions division.
