KeraCel is developing its ceramic solid-state batteries using proprietary additive manufacturing 3D printing technology, resulting in a unique monolithic structure. This unique structure allows for greatly increasing the battery energy density, and producing safer and longer lasting batteries.
SANTA CLARA, CALIF.: Arwed Niestroj is a seasoned industry leader having developed and launched various new technologies into the automotive market. He led the development and introduction of hybrid electric components, fuel cell hybrid electric powertrains and electric vehicle motors for Mercedes-Benz. He built and led a Daimler- Bosch joint venture for electric motors and introduced new digital solutions to the Mercedes brand as the CEO of Mercedes-Benz R&D North America in Silicon Valley. Arwed is also a member of the Advisory Board of renu ventures.
