In Detail : KP Energy won the contract from NTPC REL, a division of NTPC, after a lengthy and intense bidding procedure, demonstrating once again its superiority in the field of renewable energy. The project is appropriate for the firm’s Captive Power Producer (CPP) division.

Surat : KP Energy Limited, a frontrunner in the renewable energy industry, has reached a major milestone with the announcement that it has been awarded a 464.10 MW Balance of System Package by NTPC Renewable Energy Limited (NTPC REL). This equipment was manufactured for the Gujarat Wind Energy Project, which is connected to the ISTS.

KP Energy won the contract from NTPC REL, a division of NTPC, after a lengthy and intense bidding procedure, demonstrating once again its superiority in the field of renewable energy. The project is appropriate for the firm’s Captive Power Producer (CPP) division.

KP Energy will provide full Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning (EPCC) services per the terms of the contracts. Included in these services are land acquisition and transfer, equipment supply for the balance of plant, and a host of others such as offloading, storage, on-site handling, installation, insurance, civil and allied works, grid integration, testing, and commissioning. For the next three years, the firm will also be in charge of running and maintaining the contracted-for infrastructure to guarantee its peak efficiency and dependability.

As per the contract, the project is slated to be completed within 21 months from the date of the NOA.

Earlier, KP Energy successfully commissioned a 29.4MW (Phase-II) ISTS-connected wind power project comprising 14 WTGs of 2.1 MW each at Sidhpur site in Devbhumi Dwarka.
