KPI Global Infrastrucure Ltd has informed the exchange regarding termination letter received by the company.
The company has received the Termination letter from Ginni Filaments Limited, Ankleshwar for terminating the Power Purchase Agreement (‘PPA’) signed for the Capacity of 1.20 MW Solar Power Plant under ‘Independent Power Producer (IPP)’ segment of the Company.
According to the regulatory filing, “it is noted that this PPA was only at initial stage and the process of sale of power had not yet started”, said company.
At around 9:54 AM, KPI Global was trading at Rs131.40 per share down by 2.85% on Sensex.
Previously on Tuesday, the scrip finished at Rs135.25 per share.
