Law Intern – Simpa Energy India Pvt. ltd.
Our Company Simpa Energy India Pvt. ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Simpa Networks Inc. U.S.A. and sells solar power systems on financing to households and shops in rural India. We are looking for Law students who are interested in 2 months internship with our company on immediate basis.
Responsibilities: Drafting of Agreements, MOU, Replies to statutory authorities and reviewing documents and Agreements and research work
Qualification: Pursuing Law
Skill: MS-Word and MS- Excel
Stipend: We do not offer stipend but certainly rich experience to carry forward.
Location: NOIDA (opportunity for filed visit across Uttar Pradesh)
