Lead Project Management Specialist 1 – Operat Leadership
Job Description:
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Provide leadership to the power project site development activities and ensure timely completion of project .
2. To effectively communicate in English in the Project Review meeting, Customer Meeting and Meeting with Site team, Contractors, Suppliers and other stake holders.
3. Develop construction High level project Schedule in MS Project/ Primavera, oversee and monitor project, site costs, including projections, reporting and activity listing, maintain or update construction schedules
4. Visits and camp at the plant site and interact with site team, customers, engineers , and general contractors to ensure proper job progress and faciliate the wroks.
5. Working closely and coordimate with the Design, Procurement, Construction and Accounts, Inhouse suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects & refining the existing internal project management systems
6. To have thorough understanding of the project contract and specification , Project Costing, Project Monthly reports, Revene planning, Cash flow, Project Margin, Cost Control.
7. Work closely with Sourcing team, and Supply Chain Management for Procurement and Monitor suppliers and subcontractors, materials and equipment
8. Implementation of Project EHS plan, Field Quality Plan.
Role Summary/Purpose
Project management of the Solar Power Plant Project Execution ( Range – 20MW to 50MW) and supervision of erection Testing and Commissioning activities at site.

Qualifications/Requirements
- 10-12 years experience into projects and plant erection testing activities with preferably last few years in a lead role in an EPC firm.
- The job is phycically demanding along with Communication skill, Leadership skill and filed motivation
- Ability to remain flexible and seek alternative options to problems
