COPENHAGEN: Kirkbi, the family holding company behind toy maker Lego, said on Friday it had agreed to buy a majority stake in Enerparc Inc., a U.S. affiliate of German solar developer, Enerparc AG.
The transaction price and the size of the stake were not disclosed. Enerparc Inc.’s management team will retain a minority ownership.
