Job Responsibility:
Responsible for exploring opportunities in renewable sector (solar) both green field and acquisition.
Responsible for conceptualization including due diligence of opportunities leading to investment decisions.
Responsible for availability of updated data bank for various legal, regulatory and technological developments in renewable sector and keep management and team apprised of the same regularly.
Review and submit to management detailed project reports, feasibility study report etc.
Responsible for overall management of consulting assignments with various consultants.
Liaison with regulators, development agencies, state nodal agencies, Discos, industry associations, like minded groups, transmission companies, consultants etc
