Dubai, UAE : LONGi Solar Technology Co., Ltd. (LONGi) signed today an agreement with Larsen & Toubro (L&T) to deliver 1292 MW of PV modules for two solar projects under construction in Saudi Arabia.

The signing ceremony took place in Dubai on Tuesday 15thof November with the presence of Dennis She, Senior Vice President of LONGi Group and A. Ravindran, Senior Vice President and Head of Renewables Strategic Business Group, who jointly signed the agreement.
The agreement covers two projects in Saudi Arabia where L&T is providing EPC services. Located in Jeddah, the first one has a capacity of 388MW and it is part of REPDO round II projects. The second project included in the agreement is Sudair, which is located in Sudair industrial city and has a total capacity of 1500 MW ac. LONGi was awarded the first 904MW of module supply.
Both projects are aligned with Saudi vision 2030, which aims to increase the contribution of renewable energy to the energy mix in the country.
