Job Description
Solis Solar one of the fastest growing Solar Company into Solar PV Modules and EPC is looking for candidates for the profile of Manager – Accounting & Finance for their Head-Office. Person should be carrying positive attitude & with go getter personality.
Reporting to: Director
Experience & Qualification:
1. 8-12 Yrs of accounting & taxation experience.
2. Should be CA/ICWA
3. Should be able to finalize the Balance sheet & other accounting tasks independently and on target dates.
4. Very strong Accountancy & Taxation Background.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Should be responsible for obtaining & maintaining a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structures.
2. Should be responsible for accurate and timely monthly, quarterly & year end closing.
3. Should be responsible for preparation of financial statements & yearly reports.
4. Should be responsible for providing the management details with relation to budget/forecast.
5. Should be responsible for preparation of MIS reports of financial information.
6. Should be responsible for ensuring statutory compliances & audit compliances for all accounting related transactions.
7. Should be responsible for preparation of balance sheet and profit & loss account with notes to accounts.
8. Should be responsible for substantiating financial transactions by auditing documents.
9. Should be responsible for reconciliation of financial discrepancies by collecting & analyzing account information.
10. Complies with state and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on required actions.
11. Should be responsible to keep financial information confidential.
