The company is in the business of manufacturing of solar modules, solar cells and renewable energy systems with an installed capacity of 300MW ranking amongst the top 5 manufactures in India in terms of installed capacity. The company owns and operates more than 120 MW of Solar Power Plants and has an independent EPC division doing design, engineering, procurement and commissioning of solar power plants.
Job Description:
Ensure books of accounts are complete and accurate on a real time basis and are available for frontline sign-off and submission to appropriate authorities on time and according to the valid standards as per ICAI guidelines & Companies Act.
Handling financial matters including Working Capital Management, Ratio Analysis, Capital Budgeting & Cash Flow Analysis.
Coordinating in the preparation, maintenance and filing of CMA Data, projected P&L Account and Balance Sheet as required by bank authorities and financial institutions.
Ensuring conformity and compliance to and with all statutory requirements.
MIS for CFO / Board of Directors on regular basis.
Support internal / external audits and drive sustainable and timely remediation of outstanding audit issues as per Companies Act & Income Tax Act.
Filing TDS Return / Service Tax Return / PT Return, etc.
Handling accounting & finance team of 7-8 people.
Reporting to CFO / CMD
Desired Skill and Experience
Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of experience at a Corporate in a managerial role.
Knowledge of SAP B1; preferable.
Uses Financial Knowledge and experience to challenge and input into business decisions
Entrepreneurial at heart and likes to take ownership
Strong Taxation Knowledge.
Should have led a team and should be able to share knowledge and coach others in accounting, taxation, analytical tools and techniques.
High Integrity and Strong Communication Skills.
Skilled in MS Office
