Job Description
To handle All India Sales and marketing for LT Switchboards, distribution panels, Service and Feeder Pillars focusing on Utilities- Private and Government, EPC contractors, Industries, Railways, Defense ,Wind and Solar.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To identify opportunities and meet sales targets for LT Switchboards, distribution panels, service and Feeder Pillars focusing on Utilities-Private and Government, EPC contractors and Industries.
Relationship management with approving authorities like PGICL, NTPC and HPC.
Should have excellent relationship with major project consultants in Utility space, Process Industry ,Steel industry ,Cement Industry focusing on renewable and non-renewable segments.
To build systems and processes for smooth function of sales management in the group.
Build strong budgeting, planning and execution mechanism.
Build strong review mechanism across business for meeting the budgeted targets.
Help develop strong brand image for RRL in the market place Develop tools and techniques for facilitation of Sales in the field To bring in agility and discipline in the sales force.
To build relationship at senior levels in all important customer accounts independently.
To ensure collection of payments/C-Forms/EMD/BG etc. from customers as per agreed terms.
Build & nurture committed team of Sales force.
To work closely with factory and operations to ensure smooth delivery
Expertise in understanding of manufacturing and inspection process with the customer would be an added advantage
Should possess strong techno-commercial knowledge
Also, to builds stronger company’s Brand in the market place.
Demonstrate and establish highest standards of customer centricity.
To build services as a high growth revenue model at all India level.
Demonstrate customer centricity at highest levels.
Align and communicate to all sales & Marketing teams across India on various initiatives, strategies adopted and advised by Sr. management.
To act as coach and role model for team members.
Salary:INR 8,00,000 – 14,00,000 P.A.
