Hydraulic torque tools like 3MXT, 4MXT, 5MXT & hydraulic pump inspection.
2. WTG machine parts like Nacelle, generator & Rotor inspection after erection. That should cover the below:
Centralized lubrication systemHydraulic disk brakeTower verticalityGap measurement between 2 joints of tower by feeler gauze.
3. Technical assistance at Site.4. Cranes load capacity testing.5. Daily progressive report.6. Assembly & installation cycle time record & record & resource consumption, engagement & idling record.7. Inspection & checklist duly filled in record submitted to TG-BOP team.
