Minutes of the first meeting of the Bio-Energy Advisory Committee of MNRE

The Bio-energy Advisory Committee (along with three sub committees, on Biomass, Biofuels and Biogas respectively) was constituted vide OM No. 5-6/2015-BG dated 04.12.2015. Subsequent to the OM of 04.12.2015, two more members have been included in the Committee and the revised OM has been issued on 19.04.2016. The Biogas and Biofuels Sub Committees have had several meetings already, while the Biomass Sub Committee has not yet been able to meet due to logistical issues.
