In Detail : THIRUVANANTHAPURAM : The State Electricity Regulatory Commission confirmed having no intention to change the method of solar net metering.The Commission informed this in response to the news published by Kerala Kaumudi on May 12.
Increase the renewable purchase obligation target of KSEB to 50% by 2030. Increase the total capacity of solar plants installed under the distribute transformer from 75% to 90%. Create criteria for determining solar generation capacity. The regulatory commission in an explanatory note highlighte four reforms under consideration for the evidence-taking process scheduled on the 15th.
