Nordic energy companies strike 250MW Danish PV pact – EQ Mag Pro
GreenGo Energy and Nordic Power to start construction of first project by the year-end
GreenGo Energy has entered a partnership agreement with Nordic Solar to executive a 250MW portfolio of solar PV projects in Denmark.
Under the partnership agreement, Nordic Solar will invest Dkr1 billion over the next three-to-five years.
The company will acquire the project portfolio, and provide financing through development and construction to commissioning. Among the project will be the 32MW Højby solar park near Odense , which will start construction by the end of the year.
GreenGo Energy is responsible for the engineering, the procurement, and the management of the construction.
Nikolaj Holtet Hoff, CEO of Nordic Solar, said: “Renewable energy is in high demand and Nordic Solar is committed to making clean solar energy available for more and more households and companies all over Denmark and Europe.
