To ensure due performance of the contract, performance security is to be furnished by the successful bidder for an amount of 10% of the value of the goods as fixed by the competent Authority in the form of Account payee Demand draft, fixed deposit receipt, Bankers cheque or Bank Guarantee in favour of the Director, IIHR, Bangalore payable at Bangalore to be furnished within 21 days from the date of issue of Purchase order.
