Following is the outcome of the tendering process for the subject tender:
Most Advantageous Lowest L1 Successful bidder: M/s Larsen and Toubro Limited
Summation of EPC Price, including all taxes & duties, and absolute O&M Price including GST for 05 years: INR 6,06,14,09,306.83. This is the final contract price on which the Contract Agreement will be awarded.
The above-mentioned Contract Price is having a Deemed Export Benefit component {BCD component on Modules and Inverters amounting to INR 81,20,20,455.99 (excluding GST on BCD value) or INR 92,40,79,278.92 (including GST on BCD value)}, which will be exempted in line with the declaration as submitted by M/s Larsen and Toubro under the Deemed Export benefit & against the Project Authority Certificate provided by SECI.

Absolute O&M Price including GST for 05 years: INR 15,76,14,228.20
