Operation Manager-east

Job Description

1. Ensure that KPIs are achieved as per the targets set by the management and Meeting customers expectations by delivering the required uptime within agreed SLAs
2. Carry out root cause analysis of the site failures and draw an action plan to increase % uptime
3. Coordination with HR for recruitment of Quality Manpower for O&M operations
4. Generate trackers to monitor the activities at appropriate trackers to monitor the activities at appropriate frequencies to have effective control on O&M activities
5. Opex reduction through optimum utilization of available resources.
6. Coordinate with SCM and Finance team for awarding contracts to vendor for O&M activities of cell sites and procurement of spares and equipments required for regular O&M.
7. Ensuring that the vendor invoices are certified in time and submitted to SCM / Finance team for payments
8. Generate trackers to monitor the activities at appropriate frequencies to have effective control on O&M activities
9. Control and development of vendors through regular meetings and process monitoring.
10. Monitoring and analyses of Energy Reports and draw action plan for Energy Cost Optimization.
11. Training need identification of O&M team and bridging the gaps by appropriate training and developmental activities.
12. Planning for utilities upgrade for meeting the targets for higher tenancy ratio.
13. Monitoring and control of AMC/R&M cost.
14. Minimizing the union issues/estate management/theft cases by developing mechanism as per the local conditions.
15. Monitoring of OPEX costs like diesel, R&M cost etc and suggesting and implementing improvement methodology

Salary:INR 4,50,000 – 7,00,000 P.A.
