Petition for approval of tariff under Section 63 of the Electricity Act, 2003 along with Section 79(1)(k) of the Electricity Act, 2003 for adoption of tariff for the purchase of 100 MW of solar power from Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited which has been discovered through a transparent process by way of competitive bidding conducted in terms of the Competitive Bidding Guidelines issued by the Ministry of Power under Section 63 of the Electricity Act, 2003.
