230MW Solar Power Plants PLG Clean Energy Projects is developing 230 MW solar power plants across the states of Maharashtra, Jharkhand and Rajasthan. Sustainable Solar Energy will be sold at Tariffs equivalent to Fossil Fuel Tariffs. PLG Clean Energy Projects is one of the most innovative solar companies in India and the team has rich experience in developing utility scale solar power plants and having run solar panel manufacturing facilities in the past. PLG Clean Energy Projects has one of the largest solar projects portfolio in the country having secured 230 MW solar power plant licenses between Jan 2016 to May 2016. 70 MW Solar Power Plant – Maharashtra
Sustainable Strategy: 70 MW Solar Power Plant is being developed under strategic partnership with Suzlon Energy Limited in an SPV where Suzlon holds 51% and PLG Clean Energy holds 49%. Suzlon is the EPC Contractor. PLG Clean Energy Projects will increase its shareholding from present 49% to 100% post 1 year from COD.
# Power Purchase Agreement: SPV has signed PPA on 11th April 2016 with Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI)
# Cost of Project: INR 469 Crores ($ 70 Million) for 70 MW AC level + Tracker
# Sustainable Energy: 70 MW solar power plant will generate 126 million units of clean energy annually powering 60,000 households
# COD: Project COD is April 2017
100 MW Solar Power Plant – Jharkhand
Sustainable Strategy: 100 MW Solar Power Plant is being developed under strategic partnership with Suzlon Energy Limited in an SPV where Suzlon holds 51% and PLG Clean Energy holds 49%. # Power Purchase Agreement: LOI received from Govt of Jharkhand and the SPV will sign PPA on 23rd June 2016 with Govt of Jharkhand
# Cost of Project: INR 670 Crores ($ 100 Million) for 100 MW AC level + Tracker
# Sustainable Energy: 100 MW solar power plant will generate 180 million units of clean energy annually powering 90,000 households

600 MW Solar Power Plants PLG Clean Energy Projects is developing a portfolio of further 600 MW solar power plants which are at various stages of bidding and project development. PLG Clean Energy Projects targets to win and secure the solar power plant licenses for these 600 MW solar power plants, which are an investment opportunity of $600 Million in the forthcoming months of June 2016 to Sept 2016.
