Date of Pre-Bid meeting & Site Visit:
The tentative Land details with coordinates is attached below. Bidders may use the same for internal assessment.
Site visit has been planned on 29/09/2020 for which the SECI team along with Prospective bidders will start at 0900 Hrs from Raipur, Chhattisgarh to the site at Rajnandgaon. All prospective bidders need to coordinate with the Project Manager, Mr Ankit Agrawal (08376080866, aagrawal@seci.co.in), so as to start on time from Raipur. Post the site visit, the Pre-Bid meeting has been scheduled in Raipur, Chhattisgarh on 30/09/2020 at 1130 Hrs, which will also be available online through Video Conferencing (VC), details of which will be made available soon.
Maximum 01 (One) person from the respective Bidder side are allowed to attend the Site visit & Pre-Bid Meeting. In this time of ongoing Pandemic COVID 19, Bidders has to abide by the related State Quarantine requirements & accordingly, they are required to observe necessary arrangements on their own. SECI will not be responsible for any quarantine related formalities/matters in this case.
Its mandatory to send across the details of the Bidder team members at sandeeprana@seci.co.in, who wish to participate in the subject Site visit & Pre-Bid meeting, so as to arrange necessary formalities at SECI’s end. Mail confirmation along with the person details is to be sent latest by 27/09/2020.
Prospective Bidders are requested to remain updated for any notices wrt the Pre Bid meeting & Bidding document through the websites www.seci.co.in and https://www.bharat-electronictender.com as no separate notification will be issued in this regard.
