Pre-Bid Meeting Notification: Tender for Design, Engineering, Supply, Construction, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of cumulative 1.95 MW (AC) Solar PV Power Plant with 2.15 MWh BESS having 10 years Plant O&M at Union Territory, Lakshadweep, India
This has reference to the NIT documents (NIT No. SECI/C&P/NIT/2019/LKRE/II dated 24.09.2019) regarding the Tender for Design, Engineering, Supply, Construction, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of cumulative 1.95 MW (AC) Solar PV Power Plant with 2.15 MWh BESS having 10 years Plant O&M at Union Territory, Lakshadweep, India.
In reference to the above subject matter, A Pre-Bid/clarification Meeting shall be organized at the SECI Office, New Delhi, India on 11/10/2019 (Friday) at 1100 Hrs Onwards.
Maximum 02 (Two) persons from the respective Bidder company are allowed to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting.
Its mandatory to send across the details of the Bidder team members at sandeeprana@seci.co.in & contracts@seci.co.in who wish to participate in the subject Pre-Bid meeting, so as to arrange necessary formalities at SECI’s end. Mail confirmation along with the person details is to be sent latest by 10.10.2019.
Bidders are required to kindly be updated through SECIs website www.seci.co.in for any further updates regarding this Tender.
