Pre-Bid Meeting Notification: Tender for Design, Engineering, Supply, Construction, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of 20 MW (AC) Floating Solar PV Power Plant with 60 MWh BESS including 10 years Plant O&M at Union Territory, Lakshadweep, India
This has reference to the NIT documents (NIT No. SECI/C&P/NIT/2019/LKRE dated 18.02.2019) regarding the Tender for Design, Engineering, Supply, Construction, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of 20 MW (AC) Floating Solar PV Power Plant with 60 MWh BESS including 10 years Plant O&M at Union Territory, Lakshadweep, India.
In reference to the above subject matter, A Pre-Bid/clarification Meeting shall be organized at the Secretariat Conference Hall, Kavaratti, Union Territory, Lakshadweep, India on 01/03/2019 (Friday) at 1430 Hrs Onwards. Contact Person is Mr Dharwesh Khan, Assistant Director (LEDA); Mob 9447860604.
Maximum 02 (Two) persons from the respective Bidder company are allowed to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting.
Its mandatory to send across the details of the Bidder team members at contracts@seci.co.in & sandeeprana@seci.co.in, who wish to participate the subject Pre-Bid meeting, so as to arrange necessary permission & formalities at Kavaratti, Union Territory, Lakshadweep. Mail confirmation along with the person details is to be sent latest by 27.02.2019, after which further participation will not be permitted.
