Integrated solar solutions provider Premier Solar on Wednesday announced its plans to foray into the electric vehicles segment which would be launched on Saturday.
The company, which formally inaugurated its 200 MW automated solar module manufacturing facility in Sanga Reddy district of Telangana, announced its plans to use its expertise in solar power to launch solar-powered hybrids such as solar e-Rickshaws later this week.
Speaking on the future plans for the company, chairman Surender Pal Singh said,“This round of expansion will give a major impetus to our growth and we see Premier Solar manifesting into a key player in this sunrise industry.”
