Project Manager Solar EPC- Staten India Pvt Ltd- 5 – 10 yrs Delhi NCR
Job Description
1.As a project manager, responsible for the complete planning, implementation and execution of all the Rooftop and Ground Mounted Solar project(s) of the company
2. Ability to source and arrange for Subcontractors, Skilled and Unskilled manpower for site work as per requirement of the projects.
3.End to end responsibility of project execution with ability to take complete charge of the project from start to finish, which provides with a tremendous amount of control as well as responsibility.
4.Must be responsible to develop goals, motivate the team, delegate work and overcome all obstacles.
5.Interface effectively with client counterparts, cross functional teams and consultants to build effective relationships
6.Co-ordination with Customers, Sales & Business Development Team and Vendors to ensure 100% OTD (On Time Delivery)
7.Processing of Bills & follow-up for timely recovery of outstanding amounts due from the customers.
8.Management of customer complaints and service to the clients.
9.To provide with up-to-date weekly / fortnightly status report
10.Develop MIS and ability to analyze market data.
11.Other duties as assigned.
12.Timely delivery of the tasks in adherence of quality.
13.Review of documents, reports, suggest the improvements and the right way to implement them.
14. Project site monitoring, time to time visit to site to have a look on the proceedings.
15.Providing input and resolution for the running projects.
16.Up gradation & implementation of latest technologies and equipments.
17.Achievement of set goals and targets.
18.Efficiency improvements, competency developments to get the qualitative and desired output.
19.To curtail the operational costs and expenses.
20.Multitasking and excellent leadership and managerial skills.
21.Dealing with internal departments, contractors, sub contractors, clients, labour, service engineers etc.
22.To report and update the management on the proceedings and developments on project & operations side.

3. Willing to travel and stay at site as required.
4. Self starter with excellent organizational skills.
5. Added advantage to deal with Government offices if required.
