Job Description
Areas of Responsibilities:
- Timely execution of SolarPV orders
- Project management planning & milestone setting as per PO commitments
- Planning, mobilizing & leading the team of Installation engineers
- Co-ordination with Engineering team for timely design completion
- Co-ordination with Purchase team for timely procurement of required materials
- Co-ordination with respective Installation Engineer & managing site installation/execution contractor
- Find & fix site issues and handling customer complaints
- Co-ordination with Govt. / Statutory authorities & respective channel partners for NOC, Net-Metering, Site clearances etc
- Performance monitoring of various PV installations
Technical Skills / Key Skills:
- Ability to lead Installation team for SolarPV rooftop/ground Projects
- Good team management skill
- Good knowledge of SolarPV System
- Experience in SolarPV Installation
- Value good engineering practices
- Positive Attitude
- Willing to learn & work hard
