For all purposes of the contract, including arbitration there under, the address of the contractor mentioned in the tender shall be the final, unless, the contractor notifies a change of address by a separate letter sent by registered post with acknowledgement to the Garrison Engineer 863 EWS, C/O 56 APO. The contractor shall be solely responsible for the consequences of any omission or error to notify change of address in the aforesaid manner.
