The Ministry has been proactively supporting RE developers by seeking stakeholder’s inputs and addressing the challenges being faced by them. This decision of providing a blanket extension of Lockdown + 30 days would help the developers tide over this period of crisis and also build a positive sentiment during this tough time.
Having said that, it would be helpful if they could provide some flexibility to this extension on account of the time required in remobilisation of inter-state manpower and also provide some relief for the slowdown in execution caused by the disruption in supply chain.
