Refu Elektronik Invests In The American Market
Recently, REFU Elektronik is announcing the opening of a new subsidiary in the United States led by Managing Director Ken Christensen. The new subsidiary expands REFU’s presence in North America which represents the second largest PV market for REFUsol solar inverters. The primary products available today are the REFUsol 24K-UL and REFUsol 48K-UL three-phase string inverters which were specifically developed for North America. Both inverters will be featured at Solar Power International (SPI) in Las Vegas.
“The opening of the new subsidiary is an important milestone in our sales strategy. We are now able to grow the solar business in the US and will complement this in the near future with battery storage systems and microgrid solutions.” explains Alexander Wirth, CFO of Refu Elektronik GmbH. Ken Christensen, Managing Director of REFU North America stated, “The REFUsol 24K-UL and 48K-UL inverters offer customers easy to install, high efficiency inverters with virtually no maintenance costs due to their advanced passive cooling technology.”
The new subsidiary will include sales, service, and applications support for North American solar inverter and microgrid customers.
