Task Execution
Integrates the different design aspects (Cycle time, Cost, Reliability, Waste, Quality, Handling, Design for Assembly, Design for production etc) which will be captured in production process manuals (prepared by external engineering agencies).
Fulfil Product (Process, tooling) requirements
Analyses existing production processes and develop improvements to working methods production process cycles time, risks, costs, and wastage; increase yields and productivity; and improve the quality consistency of rotor Blades.
Delivers input to the R&D organization on introducing new production processes, adjusting existing production processes or outsourcing production processes.
