Required Asst.manager/manager – Projects for Solar Sites
Job Description
Client management
Representing the client’s or organisation’s interests
Providing advice on the management of projects
Project Execution
Organising the various departments and other team members working at
site.
Making sure that quality standards are met
Whether the WCCs are received on time.
Assigning tasks to all the employees working at site.
Liaising with the project coordinators regarding site construction activities.
Feasibility of work.
Vendor management
Introducing / engaging various subcontractors.
Also, monitoring sub-contractors to ensure quality guidelines are
maintained and sufficient manpower availability to achieve daily work
progress at site.
Team Management
He has to keep employees motivated, resolve any conflicts at site.
Project Handover
All the structures are handed over as per the tolerance sheet submitted
and documentation for the same is maintained on regular basis.
All the works to be completed as per the contract
Job Location
Must be flexible working PAN India
