Job Description
Job Summary:
Develop and implement business plans to meet corporate and company objectives
Support the management to achieve the goals of the company
Lab planning, understating requirements of varied products and
Laboratory Project management including testing and operations
E&E Sales enhancement and development activity through Business Development Teams
Responsible for business development & managing key / strategic key accounts
Market and competitor analysis
(IEC 62109/ IEC 61683/ IEC 60068-2-XX Grid Connected Solar Inverters systems & IEC 60950 (product addns) / BIS (IT AV Products) & IEC 61010 (Measurement Instruments)

Required Skills and Qualification:

B.E Electrical or Electronics, MBA Preferred
Experience in TUV, ERTL, ETDC, UL core relevant certification bodies and contacts with accreditation bodies
Strategic partnering and negotiation skills, has outstanding relationship-building capabilities, and is comfortable managing company and business partner expectations.
Strong communications and influencing skills.
Possess good knowledge of electrical testing, Sales and testing criteria and the industry as well as the company’s product & service.
Customer focused, Energetic and willing to work overtime.
Proactive and flexible; willingness to travel extensively
Good team player.
Possess good knowledge of sales, e/e testing criteria, the industry as well as the company’s product & service.
Clearly understand the company’s branding & marketing mix.
Proven success with meeting and exceeding sales and revenue goals and new business development.
Salary:INR 5,00,000 – 12,00,000 P.A.
