Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate with Bachelor/ Master Degree in Electrical/Electronic/ Power electronics with atleast 3+ year of experience in solar power sector (Off-Grid/ On-Grid).
Must have very good knowledge of various balance of systems (BOS) used in solar power system.
Knowledge of AutoCAD to draw electrical diagrams, layouts, shading analysis, etc.
Good understanding of NEC articles related to Solar PV system design & Indian Standard for electrical installations in power system etc.
Software skills:- MS Projects, Power point, Excel, PVSyst, PV Sol, RetScreen, SAM, Meteonorm, AutoCAD etc.
General:
Ability to set and manage priorities to achieve the goals as per the schedule.
Ability to work in a team & communicate with design, contracting, and other teams
Flexibility to adapt to unexpected situations and collaborate with diverse parties to complete tasks on time, quality and cost.

Willing to travel and work on-site for execution of solar PV plants
