Job description
• Understand Market potential, pitch in to right opportunities and increase the market share for Solar Business in the region• Meeting monthly, quarterly and yearly sales/ marketing target.• Identifying and developing new streams for revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.• Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor Intelligence, to achieve market share metrics. Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets.• Foster leadership and lead by example to ensure high team morale, motivation & people engagement• The candidate would be expected to have strategic thinking to identify opportunities of synergies as we expand our business in India
