Descriptions
Job Responsibility:
- Responsible for exploring opportunities in renewable sector (solar) both green field and acquisition.
- Responsible for conceptualization including due diligence of opportunities leading to investment decisions.
- Responsible for availability of updated data bank for various legal, regulatory and technological developments in renewable sector and keep management and team apprised of the same regularly.
- Review and submit to management detailed project reports, feasibility study report etc.
- Responsible for overall management of consulting assignments with various consultants.
- Liaison with regulators, development agencies, state nodal agencies, Discos, industry associations, like minded groups, transmission companies, consultants etc
