Having built end-to-end capability, including design, turnkey execution, servicing, and financial structuring of captive assets, 4PEL is positioned to take a leadership role in a disruptive market segment. They are looking for highly motivated individual who can take ownership and manage operations and maintenance of multiple solo-electric power plants.
This is a great opportunity to handle end to end responsibilities for the service and maintenance of solar power plants, including planning O&M schedule, auditing processing and systems, managing service engineers, and ensuring plant performance.

Detailed Responsibilities:
a) Operations & Maintenance
Plan plant operations and maintenance and manpower schedules across multiple locations
Ensure proper equipment is available and regularly calibrated, and all quality processes are in place
b) Site Management & Execution
Support site engineer in on-site management, supervision and coordination of all manpower and subcontracted work
Travel in the field to resolve issues and ensure optimal plant uptime and functioning
c) Electrical Engineering: Deep understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering concepts as it relates to solar rooftop
d) Ensure suitable training of personnel placed under him including Health, Safety / First-Aid training
e) Record, analyse and improve performance of all the solar power plants and benchmark the performance
f) Coordination with sales, project & finance teams about payments & documentation
g) Collect and report best methodology/practices adopted in industry for module cleaning and online monitoring
Does this sound like you?
A Degree or Diploma in electrical engineering is highly preferred
4-8 years of experience in operations and maintenance for solar, renewable, or small-scale distributed electrical installations
Experience with performing quality checks, power and energy audits is highly preferred
Demonstrated interest in working in solar rooftop and track record of ownership
Experience in renewable energy space, solar rooftop, or PV projects, distribution, telecom, UPS, Inverters highly preferred
Experience in on-site work and managing multiple locations
Open to travelling 25-50% of the time for site visits
Team management experience (including blue-collar) preferred
