RETURN OF BIDS : IMPLEMENTATION OF 97.5MWP GRID CONNECTED ROOFTOP SOLAR PV SYSTEM SCHEME FOR GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS IN DIFFERENT STATES/ UNION TERRITORIES OF INDIA UNDER CAPEX/ RESCO MODEL
This is in reference to the NIT No. SECI/C&P/NIT/MNRE/97.5MW GCRT/IND/022019 dated 26.02.2019 regarding the Tender for Implementation of 97.5MWp Grid Connected Rooftop Solar PV System Scheme for Government Buildings in different States/ Union Territories of India under CAPEX/ RESCO Model under Global Competitive Bidding.
The said tender was annulled on 17.06.2019 due to migration of e-Tendering Portal of SECI as well as non-availability of revised benchmark cost FY 2019-2020. Subsequently a new tender was uploaded with revised benchmark cost FY 2019-2020 vide RfS No. SECI/C&P/RfS/MNRE/97.5MW GCRT/R1/IND/082019 dated 29.08.2019.
Bidders those who have already submitted offline bid documents at SECI Office were adviced to take their bids back in unopened condition by submitting an Authorization Letter. Some Bidders have already taken their bids in unopened condition. However, some Bidders are yet to take their bids back from SECI Office.
The Bids lying at SECI Office are being returned back to the respective Bidders in unopened condition through Courier/ Registered Post. SECI will bear no responsibility for any loss/ damage to the Bids during transit.
Any response(s) received by SECI against the previous RfS SECI/C&P/NIT/MNRE/97.5MW GCRT/IND/022019 dated 26.02.2019 will not be considered against new RfS SECI/C&P/RfS/MNRE/97.5MW GCRT/R1/IND/082019 dated 29.08.2019. The interested bidder(s) are required to submit fresh response against new RfS SECI/C&P/RfS/MNRE/97.5MW GCRT/R1/IND/082019 dated 29.08.2019 in line with the provisions of RfS including subsequent amendments and clarifications.
